We design, create and activate climate actions financing through our unique development program. Our main focus is reforestation in the ocean and on land. Our goal is to speed up climate actions through unique opportunities with high impact on the climate and our globe.
Kelp & Seaweed programs
Our first projects are the financing of kelp and seaweed farms all around the globe. The financing of the first two located in Northern Norway have already started and we are in process of establishing our third project in the Mediterranean Sea.
When you invest in algae farming you’re investing in climate change mitigation, ocean restoration, natural food production, and regenerative agriculture. This is impact investing as never seen before.
We are on a mission to produce climate positive biomass in the ocean and we aim to become the biggest producer globally of algae based food and feed.
Our first two farms have the potential to produce +12.000 wet tons per year. Our third project has the potential alone to produce +52.000 wet tons per year. And we are way far from our goal.
Reforestation programs
We have in addition started exploring financing of reforestation in two countries in the Middle East. The reforestation programs will all join the 9 billion trees initiative where the shared goal is to plant 9 billion trees before 2045.
