When we first got the idea about Espère Global and a payment solution with a program that included calculation of people’s personal carbon footprint and let them take personal micro action, ESG was a fundamental building block for our whole concept and business model.
Environment
The urgency to do drastically things to save our planet is the reason for us establish Espère Global Payments where we include both av carbon footprint tracker and a zero carbon program that each one of us can easily join and easily make a difference.
Corporate Social Responsibility
In our bylaws we have committed to use at least 15% of our year-end result on Corporate Social Responsibility.
We will give at least 3% of our year-end results to five initiatives we have chosen to support. Giving back is important for us as a business.
Governance
Our governance encompasses the system by how Espère Global is controlled and operates, and the mechanisms by which it, and its people, are held to account.
Ethics, risk management, compliance and administration are all elements of governance.
We are completely transparent in how we conduct our business.
